Noble Performs were delighted to be a finalist in the 2021 UK Search Awards, where we made the shortlist in the Best Use of Search – Automotive category. We’re proud of all the work we produce for our clients, but it’s always affirming to have that quality recognised by peers in our industry. Our digital strategy director, Tom Price and paid marketing specialist, Lorenzo Campbell, travelled to London for the in-person awards and an evening of networking last November.

Noble growth

2021 was an amazing year of growth for Noble Performs; the company grew 112% from March 2021 to March 2022, as well as gaining Google Partner status in the EU and our nomination for the UK Search Awards. We also grew the team by 100% and strengthened our profile in B2B, Travel and Health & Wellness.

The company has continued to grow since we became a finalist last year and we had our biggest month yet in February 2022. Our client list has also grown substantially; from six clients in early 2021, to over 20 as we head into the final quarter of 2022. We also launched our new-look website and branding, and will continue to increase our brand awareness through blog content, speaker events (3 members of the team have already spoken at international events in the past year) and participating in industry events like the UK Search Awards.

What’s next?

The goal for this year is to stabilise and secure our current client portfolio, whilst continuing to grow with purpose. As we head into 2023 we’ll be looking at refinement, with a focus on methodologies, SOP (standard operating procedures), and processes in order to set ourselves up for future growth years. The company is currently hiring too, to allow us to keep this momentum and continue to deliver the best possible service for our clients.

Our office is based in Bristol, with a combination of remote and in-person working for the team, but we have plans to expand by adding another office in the UK soon. We’re also focusing on expanding our client base in Europe; one of our largest clients is based in Paris but we’d love to add additional international clients to our portfolio, in both Europe and beyond.

Finally, we’re delighted to launch Noble Deeds, our philanthropic enterprise that donates a proportion of our time and expertise to a local charity, completely free of charge. Our performance marketing services cover many areas, from SEO to content strategy, analytics, brand awareness and more, and we believe that sharing this knowledge and expertise is the best way to give back to the community.

We’re also passionate about setting up a foundation from which the charity can grow – we don’t want their growth to come to a standstill just because our involvement has come to an end. We’ll be supporting organisations to ensure they have the right skills in-house to keep smashing targets and see positive results. We recently made the final decision on which charity we’ll be working with this year (and into 2023), so look out for an announcement very soon.

Overall, we’re extremely grateful to have been recognised by the UK Search Awards, it’s been an excellent opportunity to help raise our profile and we’ll be sure to enter again in the future.
