To submit an entry, please download the entry form, complete and upload (as a Word or PDF document) via the online entry portal found here.

No – you can submit an unlimited number of entries in multiple categories. We even offer discounts for multiple entries. Any organisation submitting five entries will receive an additional FREE entry. Discount will be applied automatically at checkout. Remember to submit all six entries in one session to receive your free submission!

Judges respectfully ask that you do not exceed 1000 words. The word count does not include the company information at the beginning of the form, or the questions contained within the form.

All entries made before 23:59 on Friday 30th August 2024 will be charged an early bird administration fee of £215 + VAT per entry which must be paid when submitting your entry or entries. Entries submitted after the early bird close will be charged the standard administration fee of £285 + VAT, with the deadline for submissions being Friday 13th September 2024. For entries submitted after the final deadline will be charged £335 + VAT, with the extended deadline for submissions being Friday 20th September 2024.

Supporting materials can be provided in Word, PDF or JPEG formats. Zip Files and videos cannot be accepted. If you wish to use video evidence as supporting material, please include a link to the file online in your entry form under ‘supporting documents’.

All files must not exceed 2MB each. You can upload up to three supporting documents along with your entry form.

The Early Bird Deadline is 23:59 on Friday 30th August 2024, companies submitting entries on or before this date will make savings on the standard entry fee. The Final Entry Deadline is 23:59 on Friday 13th September 2024. The Extended Entry Deadline is 23:59 on Friday 20th September 2024.

Entries are welcomed from agencies, brands, search engines, technology providers and all other businesses and brands that contribute to the search industry are all welcome to apply.

The awards are judged by an esteemed panel of industry leaders and experts, the judging is a rigorous two-stage process including pre-scoring to determine shortlists and a judging meeting where entries are discussed and evaluated in detail to decide the winning entries.

The awards will take place at a gala dinner and awards ceremony in London on 4 December 2024.
