SEO success leads to increased sales for property sector client
Taking time to get to know our client’s business and the market they were keen to conquer, we recognised that this UK property sector campaign would need to be an all-encompassing one. That it would need to go beyond organic and local SEO, to allow us to secure our letting agent client a prominent place in the highly competitive UK real estate market.
As well as a tailored onsite and offsite SEO and content marketing plan, our strategy included a full rebrand to enhance competitive edge; SEO-friendly web design and development to create corporate presence and support our organic search campaigns; e-books and newsletters to boost engagement, and a supporting PPC campaign to enhance visibility.
The strategy achieved more than the client expected within a relatively short timeframe:
- 44 top 3 Google rankings in 20 months
- 57 page 1 Google rankings in 20 months
- 1678% increase in organic traffic in the first 6 months
- 199% year on year increase in website traffic
The client had also started out with a single negative review and next to no website traffic, which we managed to turn around to 60+ Google reviews with a 4.9 average.
The overall result was precisely what the client wanted: increased online exposure, and a significant upturn in sales.
