On 30th November 2022, Somebody Digital was awarded a Silver for Best use of Data (PPC) at the annual UK Search Awards, with the judges noting that they were particularly impressed by the results we managed to drive for our client, Laminar Security.
This PPC campaign was part of a broader effort to assist this particular client with their go-to-market strategy. Not only were they new players in the cloud security sector, but they were breaking ground in an entirely new category altogether.
As any agency would know, this kind of endeavour is thrilling because of the challenges that it can present. Over a four-month period, our integrated campaign saw impressive results for Laminar, including an increase of 265% in market qualified accounts from the consideration stage to the purchase stage of the sales cycle, with disqualified leads dropping to 10%.
So, what does winning Silver mean in this context? Well, it means that the good work we are doing for our clients is being recognised by our peers in the industry. It means the months of blood, sweat and tears that both Laminar Security and Somebody Digital exerted to bring this offering to market was worthwhile, and it definitely means that next year we’re gearing up to go for gold!
