Bright Skull Media is a small agency founded by close friends Stephanie and Anwobo in 2020.
Operating remotely between London, UK, and Nicosia, Cyprus, we run a fully remote paid
media agency with a flexible working structure. Our small size allows our clients to have a direct
link to the experts who manage their accounts and our commitment to excellence is evident in
that recommendations and word-of-mouth have driven all client acquisitions.
Over the last year, we worked closely with Safetec Direct to sustainably grow their Google Ads
investment and revenue. We began with an overall restructure of the Google Ads account
moving to a more modern search strategy. To expand beyond the standard search and
shopping strategy we used performance max campaigns to push to additional Google
placements allowing us to hit the traffic objective, spend more and drive additional revenue.
We worked closely with Google and Safetec Direct to agree on a model utilising relevant data
points to establish a break-even ROAS for the Google Ads activity that met our client’s
objectives.
This campaign showed a collaborative effort between the small team at Bright Skull Media, the
client, their web developer and Google to redefine the client strategy and support sustainable,
long-term growth in the Google Ads activity and its contribution to overall sales. Our campaign
hit and exceeded expectations and as a result, Safetec Direct now see a notable increase in
monthly revenue through PPC whilst maintaining a ROAS above the breakeven point.
Our client Regain Hearing runs 9 award-winning hearing clinics in London & Kent. Four clinics
were identified as having a low level of booked appointments leading to empty audiologist
calendars and a lack of revenue-driving opportunities. We devised a localised strategy to target
the local areas surrounding these clinics to run a campaign promoting free hearing tests to drive
leaves.
Targeting clinics based in Eltham, Chatham, Ramsgate/Broadstairs and Whitstable, we
launched performance max campaigns that were deployed in a five-week burst, ensuring the
budget we had available was spent specifically in these locations with a message promoting the
limited-time offering with calls to action driving users to register their interest and book an
appointment. For the landing pages, we briefed the client to create bespoke, localised pages for
their local clinics increasing the relevance and boosting the chance of conversion.
This campaign drove a significant number of new appointments from a large number of new
patients. This activity drove a strong return as Regain Hearing saw strong sales revenue
following these appointments. Additionally, this campaign drove numerous new leads for the
Regain Hearing pipeline that will drive an ongoing return through annual hearing tests bringing
further opportunities to drive future revenue.
This recognition validates our dedication, creativity, and relentless focus on delivering
