Who We Are
Evoluted is a leading full-service digital marketing agency based in the heart of Sheffield. We partner with exciting brands to help them create with purpose, build with agility, and grow their businesses exponentially through a combination of SEO, performance marketing and PPC, web development, content marketing and digital PR.
We’ve worked with hundreds of brands across the UK and further afield spanning many different niches, all united by the desire to work with us to create unique and innovative digital products.
We’ve been in business since 2006, starting from small acorns as a two-person team designing a website for the creators of Badgers, Badgers, Badgers (we love you if you know this reference!)
Since then, we’ve grown our team to 40 people, every single one a passionate and dedicated expert in their chosen field, and we want to keep on growing. We’ve made ambitious plans to expand our team even more in the next five years, allowing us to work with even more incredible businesses to help them achieve success.
And while we want to help businesses find their definition of success, we know exactly how we define ours. We’ve always been huge believers in putting our people over profits, and we demonstrate this by investing heavily in workplace wellbeing and culture. We’ve transitioned to totally flexible working, we provide free monthly mental health support for our team, and we’ve established a cultural team within our organisation who assure that Evoluted is the best environment it can be. We truly believe that when our people are happy, we do our best work.
Alongside this, we’re dedicated to supporting our community and the environment, and this will not waver as we grow our agency. We have our own internal charity initiative Evolutaid, through which we give to various organisations that mean a lot to us, and we also have partnered with Ecologi to offset our carbon emissions. With our in-person digital marketing meet-up Sheffield DM, we also give back to the city of Sheffield by being the biggest free networking event for talented digital marketers to benefit from, hosting regular value-packed talks on everything from founder stories to the latest marketing trends.
The Awards
At the 2021 UK Search Awards, we were incredibly chuffed to discover we’d won two awards and one silver award, including:
- Best Use of Search- Retail/E-commerce PPC Large for our work scaling our founder, Ash Young’s side business, CarMats.co.uk. Ash established the business during lockdown to keep the team’s skills sharp and prevent needing to furlough any of the team, and decided to transparently document the whole growth process so other marketers and founders could learn from his wins and losses. While doing this, he set an ambitious growth target of hitting £2,000,000 in revenue in two years, which with a combination of strategic paid search and social, we hit long before the 2-year mark!
- Best Large Integrated Search Agency- which we achieved through a combination of our dedication to workplace culture, our ability to achieve consistent growth throughout the pandemic, and the brilliant results we generate for our clients.
- And finally, a silver award for Best Use of Search- B2B SEO Large for our work with fitness brand, Origym. The UK Search Awards rarely give out silver awards, however, they felt the calibre of the results last year was strong enough that we merited silver, so even though we didn’t win, we were still incredibly proud of this achievement!
