ROAR Digital Marketing has made it to the final stages of the UK Search Awards for the second year in a row.
We are a Search Engine Marketing Agency based in the North East specialising in SEO and PPC for enterprise businesses looking to increase website traffic, online visibility, attract quality leads, and grow sales channels.

It is no secret that the UK Search Awards are one of, if not the most prestigious, search marketing awards in the UK, so to be making the finals once again is something our team takes great pride in.
Last year, ROAR was shortlisted for two awards: Best PPC Campaign (Small) and
Best Small SEO Agency. Although we didn’t bring home the top prize, we spent the awards evening in utter awe of the work we and the other businesses had achieved last year.
This year, off the back of an enviable return on investment for one of our finance clients, ROAR is again throwing our name in the ring, this time for Best Integrated Campaign (Small).
Our entry features work that ranks amongst one of the most successful strategic campaigns ROAR has ever achieved, featuring a verified return of £4,100 for every £1 invested by the client, which resulted in a ROAS ratio of 4100:1 – based on monthly 1k ad spend across 12 months.
Other notable results include:
- An increase in targeted and quality traffic to its website by 34.6%.
- A rise in quality leads of 211%.
- A reduced bounce rate on its website of 19.5%.
- An improvement in time spent on site of 23.2%.

Since our last visit to the awards, ROAR has undoubtedly been busy; in the last year, we have had a complete brand refresh featuring a new website, implemented new processes, and brought in new members of the team, including a degree apprentice as part of our commitment to developing young marketing professionals in the North East.
Over the past year, a significant commitment has been made to increase our industry authority within search engine marketing.
We have taken our search engine marketing blog to the next level, producing high-value, thought-provoking content; we have released 5 free downloadable resources focussing on different areas of digital marketing, and we continue to produce regular industry-related content on our YouTube channel and LinkedIn profile to provide insight and education into various areas of SEM, offering expertise and helping our clients to develop their knowledge.
