WHO CAN ENTER?

The awards and judges welcome entries from individuals, teams, and agencies large and small.

Agency and Team Awards – All agencies and in-house teams must have an office or team located in the UK.

Campaign and Innovation Awards - Entrants can be located anywhere in the world as long as their entry specifically references only their success in the UK, whether that be a targeted audience or software/tool being successfully utilised by UK-based customers.

Categories are divided into small and large to ensure fair competition.

WHO IS JUDGING THE AWARDS?

The awards are judged by a panel of respected industry leaders and experts.

The judging process includes pre-scoring to establish the shortlist, and panel meetings where entries are discussed and evaluated to decide on the winning entries in each category.

WHERE WILL THE AWARDS TAKE PLACE?

The awards will take place at a gala dinner and awards ceremony on Wednesday, 2 December 2026.

HOW SHOULD BUDGET INFORMATION BE PROVIDED?

Judges prefer to see real numbers in relation to budget and results; however, percentage figures will be accepted.

We understand that sharing full budget information may not always be feasible due to client confidentiality; however, we can share a confidentiality document if needed. Please email awards@dontpanicprojects.com for this document.

If you cannot provide exact figures, you can use budget brackets, for example, ‘Up to 20K’ or ‘20K to 50K’ as an alternative. For judges, this approach is preferred to percentage submissions as it helps make a more accurate assessment.

ARE THERE ANY ENTRY OFFERS I CAN USE?

Multiple Entry Offer: Submit five entries and receive an additional free entry.

To claim your offer, all six entries must be submitted in one session, and your discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

AM I A SMALL, MEDIUM OR LARGE CATEGORY ENTRANT?

Large and small is based on the number of overall employees in the agency/company who are submitting the entry, and not the number of employees in the team.

Small: Companies and agencies with up to 25 employees

Large: Companies and agencies with 26+ employees

The award categories are separated in this way to ensure that the competition is fair and companies and agencies have an equal chance of succeeding.
