Kadraa Recruitment and its Directors are thrilled to be sponsoring the UK Search Awards 2022! We’re a young company and this will be the first event of this type that we’ve sponsored – we’re convinced there couldn’t be a better fitting occasion for us to be involved in.

So, who are we and why are we doing this? The TLDR version is; we find companies and agencies top-tier search talent, we do it quickly and we do it in an unconventional way! We’re keen to get involved in this community and we think the best place to start is at the UK Search Awards.

While our history may be short, only having been in the market for just two years, we’ve made a huge impact on how companies are hiring digital talent. We’ve already helped over 60 companies and agencies overcome the primary hardship they face when trying to scale a business; finding the right people to help them grow. And we’ve done it in a very unique way.

With the Corona Virus expediting the uptake of remote work throughout the UK, we took the opportunity to introduce a concept to business owners that was previously unfamiliar, uncharted and, most importantly, insanely effective. This concept, of course, is the hiring of full-time, remote digital staff in South Africa. South Africa has a thriving digital marketing sector, with many of the top players having offices there to service their international clients. They’ve been taking advantage of the similar time zone, lower staff costs, the high calibre of talent and the fact that English is South Africa’s business language. We’ve opened this door to dozens of companies across the UK and it’s changed the way they hire.

We understand that the concept of our business is novel – some companies simply just prefer having their staff in the office, regardless of the compromises they have to make. We think that’s fair and suits some companies better, which is why we also provide introductions to the top local digital talent around the UK. We now have over 15 staff members on the ground (in South Africa, of course) using the most current methods and best tech to ensure that we find our clients the best people, wherever they may want them to come from.

The UK Search Awards and Don’t Panic Projects are, without a doubt, the obvious choice for us when it comes to a partner to sponsor. There likely isn’t a more suitable group of people on Earth that we can add value to than the attendees of this particular event and we’re super excited to engrain ourselves further in the wonderful world of UK search!
